How do I care for my clay accessories?

  1. Remove your jewelry and accessories before exercising, swimming, showering or sleeping.
  2. To clean, gently wipe with a damp washcloth or q-tip. Do not use acetone, rubbing alcohol, or jewelry cleaner. 
  3. While polymer clay is durable and flexible, it can snap or break under high pressure. Be sure to handle your pieces with care and keep in a closed box when not in use.

What is your return policy?

-All of our products are final sale. If your jewelry arrives broken, or breaks within 90 days of purchase we will replace it (if the same style is still available) or refund you the price of the broken item. Please note: we do our best to provide quality pieces. However, due to the nature of handmade items, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, or variance in color due to lighting or screen differences. 

Do you ship internationally?
-Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we may in the future!

How quickly do you ship?
-Everything on our site is premade, unless otherwise noted. Our goal is to ship all premade items within 24 hours. Typical transit time is 5-7 days with USPS First class, and 2-3 days with USPS Priority. However, we can not guarantee these timeframes.

What do I do if my package is being returned due to an incomplete address?

-Please email us, in most cases we can reship immediately, after reshipment fees have been paid by the customer.

What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?

 

-USPS procedure is to wait 45 days before filing a claim for the lost package. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame, so we can find a solution.


What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?
-We are not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately it is out of our control, and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

Do you offer custom orders?

-We may be able to accommodate custom orders. Please email us with information as to what you're looking for and the timeframe in which you'll need it.
